What we sell

Urban Chicago Photo sells original studio photography of vintage Chicago matchbooks, printed to order on archival paper. Every print is made after you order it; nothing is sold as a digital download.

Orders and payment

Prices are shown at checkout in US dollars, plus applicable sales tax and shipping. Payment is due in full at the time you place your order. We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order we are unable to fulfill.

Intellectual property

Every photograph in this shop is original work, shot by hand from a real physical object. Purchasing a print gives you the physical print itself, for personal use and display. It does not give you the right to reproduce, resell, or otherwise redistribute the image.

Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of this site or your purchase of a print. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here is the one that applies to orders placed after it was updated.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
